Tech Manager
BabyBjörn is looking for a talented Tech Manager to join our Global IT & Tech team at BabyBjörn AB, headquartered in Stockholm. As a Swedish family-owned company with 200 employees, we specialize in developing, marketing, and distributing children's products.

Responsibilities:
As a Tech Manager, you will be the manager for an agile Tech team of four employees based in Stockholm, consisting of developers and specialists within e-commerce. You have proven experience as a Tech Manager, specializing in agile development and e-commerce. You will be responsible for leading the Tech team in developing BabyBjörn´s Tech stack, including leading and coaching the team, supporting agile ways of working and driving a learning culture.
At BabyBjörn, you will work with a mixed team of employees and consultants developing our modern headless platform in a dynamic and creative environment. Together, we're committed to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience, with emphasis on responsiveness and performance.
BabyBjörn’s platform serves the needs of the global e-commerce organization, but also provides tailored solutions for unique regional needs such as payment and shipping services. You will drive continuous improvement in the team and collaborate with stakeholders from all over the world to build a learning and winning team.
Required skills:
· Experienced leader with a track record of leading a technical team.
· 3 years proven experience in a similar role e.g., Tech Manager, Scrum Master or project Manager with a focus on agile development, preferable within e-commerce.
· Technical background working with development and e-commerce.
· Experience and/or understanding of some of BabyBjörn´s Tech Stack: Netlify, React, Javascript, Typescript, Azure functions, Headless CMS, Commercetools, Storyblok, Integration, API, Jira, Github, Azure, GraphQL, Adyen, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
· Familiarity with processes for agile sprints including requirements, development, test and version control systems, Scrum, JIRA and Github.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Personal qualities:
Great personal leadership and managerial skills, equipped with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit. Prioritizing knowledge sharing and coaching to enhance development and teamwork.
